Using grapes grown in these vineyards, we craft wines with unique character, aroma, and personality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At Sasperia, we produce wines from the following grape varieties: <strong>Goruli Mtsvane, Muscat, Kisi, and Chinuri<\/strong>. Each variety reveals its own unique qualities, whether it is an elegant aroma, delicate flavor, or distinctive structure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For us, the winemaking process begins in the vineyard, with careful grape selection, attentive cultivation, and precise control at every stage. This approach allows us to preserve the natural character of each grape variety and create wines that combine authentic taste with exceptional quality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our wines are created to complement Sasperia\u2019s cuisine and enhance the overall dining experience for our guests.
